What the client agrees to is usually broad — a scope written to win the deal, not to be built from. Someone has to take that from the sales team and turn it into a live deployment the client's reps open every morning. That's this role. You take the handover, understand how the client actually works, and build the deployment around it. Once it's live, you stay with the account — watching usage, reading sentiment, showing leadership what changed, and growing the account from there. How to applyComplete this form. Shortlisted people will receive details of the next steps over email: https://forms.gle/i8LQufrQbJvn2D9P7The entire process runs over email. We do not shortlist, contact or coordinate through LinkedIn — please don't apply or follow up there. What you'll doTake the handover and make it realPick up the account from sales and work out what was promised, what's assumed, and what's missingGet inside the client's environment: how their sales team is structured, how they sell, what tools they live in, who will resist this and whyAgree a go-live date and hold everyone to it, including usGet the deployment builtCollect what the setup needs — sales material, playbooks, call recordings, documentation — wherever it's buriedTurn that scattered material into structured product information, personas, objections and scenarios inside the systemRun acceptance testing with the client, and clear their IT and security requirements. Much of this job is turning a dozen inconsistent documents into one clean version of the truthYou can build a presentation that argues something — structure, a story, a point of view, not a template with numbers dropped in. The work ends when the outcome is achieved, not when the clock strikes five. Nobody counts your hours — everyone notices whether the thing shipped. You won't be handed a task list either; you'll be handed an account and an outcome and work out the sequence yourself. The role is fully in-office in Bangalore, five days a week, from day one. In return, you'll own real clients early, sit across from senior buyers years before you would elsewhere, and shape a role that doesn't have a template yet.
