Implementation & Onboarding Specialist — Smart Check-in H2O Hospitality · Abu Dhabi, UAE · Full-time, on-siteAbout the programmeH2O Hospitality is the implementation partner for Abu Dhabi's Smart Check-in programme — the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) initiative bringing a digital, mandated guest-arrival experience to every licensed hotel in the Emirate. It's one of the largest hospitality-technology rollouts in the region, and we're scaling the team that delivers it on the ground.The roleYou'll work alongside our Abu Dhabi Account Manager to onboard hotel properties onto the platform — end to end, one property at a time, across the full Emirate portfolio. What you'll ownGuiding each property through the onboarding journey —  Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for hotel GMs, IT directors, and front office managers throughout their onboarding.Coordinating with our Seoul-based product and engineering teams on configuration, integration issues, and escalations.Keeping onboarding status, blockers, and timelines accurately tracked and reported so the wider programme team always knows where each property stands.What we're looking for Direct experience in UAE hotel operations — front office, IT, or property management systems. Comfort sitting between operations and technology — able to talk to a GM about guest experience and to an engineer about an integration in the same afternoon.Strong organisation. You'll have many properties in flight at different stages and you'll need to keep every one of them moving.Fluency in Korean and English.Why Korean mattersH2O is a Korean company.
