Implementation & Support Engineer – Payment Systems

Key Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field• 4–5 years of experience in application software implementation and support• Hands-on knowledge of CBUAE Payment Systems – ICCS, WPS, FTS, DDS and IPP• Experience with .NET / .NET Core technologies• Experience with application servers and SQL databases/basic SQL queries• Knowledge of APIs, Web Services and application integrations• Experience supporting SIT/UAT and resolving application issues• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools• Good verbal and written communication skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities• Willingness to travel for customer implementation/support when required• Cloud platform knowledge will be an added advantageCandidates with strong experience in UAE banking/payment systems implementation and support are preferred.
