Implementation Consultant

Key Responsibilities● Gather and analyze client business requirements through discovery sessions and needsassessments.● Configure the Unified Commerce platform, including POS, CRM, Promotions, OrderManagement, Product Management, and Marketplace Integrations.● Collaborate with product and development teams to address customization and integrationrequirements.● Conduct solution testing, user acceptance validation, and ensure successfulimplementation.● Deliver user training, create documentation, and provide ongoing support to client teams.● Manage assigned implementation activities, timelines, milestones, and projectdeliverables.● Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure smooth project execution.● Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues during and after implementation.● Maintain implementation documentation and provide regular project status reports.● Act as a key point of contact for clients, gathering feedback and communicatingenhancement opportunities to internal teams.Ideal Candidate to be● Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.● Experience in software implementation, solution consulting, business analysis, or enterpriseapplication deployment.● Strong understanding of retail technology, commerce platforms, POS systems, CRM, OrderManagement Systems (OMS), and product management processes.● Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.● Outstanding communication, presentation, and training skills.● Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications● Experience with retail, e-commerce, or unified commerce platforms.● Knowledge of API integrations and system implementation methodologies.● Familiarity with Agile or project management frameworks.● Experience working with enterprise customers and cross-functional teams.
