Implementation Consultant | SaaS Platform, Capital MarketsWe're hiring an Implementation Consultant to join a growing Professional Services team at a SaaS platform built for capital markets, working with sell-side banks and independent research providers.This is an opportunity for someone who gets to the real business need behind a request rather than just taking the brief at face value. You'll own the delivery of new customer implementations and enhancements for existing clients, working closely with client stakeholders and the engineering team to turn requirements into deliverables.What you'll do:Deliver new customer implementations and existing client projects on time.Run client workshops to uncover the real business need, not just the stated ask.Turn requirements into clear specs with Solutions Engineering, solving through standard configuration before bespoke development.Test deliverables against client requirements before go-live and flag risks early.Build client relationships that lead to references and repeat business.What they're looking for:2+ years as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant within financial services or a technology vendor.Strong communication, analysis and workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to produce clear, high-quality documentation.Comfortable in client-facing delivery, hands-on with technical configuration, ideally on a CRM platform.A proactive approach to managing your own workload, risks and priorities.If you are interested in talking about this, other opportunities or the wider market, I'm more than happy to talk.
