About the Role

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to manage client implementations, understand business requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Gather and understand client requirements.Support end-to-end HRMS implementation.Coordinate configuration, testing, UAT and Go-Live.Conduct client training and provide post-Go-Live support.Manage client communication and regular visits.Coordinate with Product, Tech and Support teams.

Requirements

MBA is mandatory.1–5 years of relevant implementation/HRMS experience.Strong communication and client-handling skills.Kolkata-based candidates only, as frequent client visits are required.Bengali-speaking candidates preferred/required.📍 Location: Kolkata | WFH + Client Visits
