You'll take ownership of the technical migration and configuration of acquired businesses onto the group's core CRM platform, Reapit, helping ensure every integration is delivered smoothly, accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on systems role. You'll be the person doing the technical work, mapping fields, migrating data, configuring systems, validating information and resolving issues, rather than simply managing a project or overseeing a team. You'll also play a key role during acquisition go-lives, travelling across the UK to support newly acquired teams and working alongside internal systems and training colleagues. You'll need to be technically confident, highly organised and comfortable building relationships quickly, but technical systems expertise is at the heart of the role. The RoleYou'll take ownership of the end-to-end systems integration process for newly acquired businesses, including:Managing CRM data migrations from legacy systems into Reapit, including field mapping, data imports and exports, validation and troubleshooting.Configuring Reapit and associated operational systems to meet the requirements of incoming acquisitions.Supporting the integration of property management, tenant referencing, compliance and other connected platforms.Conducting thorough pre- and post-migration QA and validation, identifying and resolving discrepancies quickly.Travelling to acquired businesses across the UK during go-live periods, providing a calm and credible on-the-ground presence.Working closely with internal systems trainers and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for newly integrated teams.Liaising directly with software providers and support teams to investigate and resolve technical issues.Managing multiple integration workstreams simultaneously and providing clear progress updates to senior leadership.Capturing lessons learned and continuously improving the group's integration processes and playbook. What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with genuine, hands-on experience configuring and migrating data within a leading property CRM platform. This is the key requirement. Experience using a CRM as an agent, negotiator, branch manager or operational user alone will not be enough. We need someone who has personally undertaken the backend configuration and technical data migration work. You'll ideally bring:Proven hands-on experience with Reapit or a comparable property CRM, including configuration and data migration.Experience supporting a business through a merger, acquisition, CRM implementation or systems migration.Experience within a multi-brand or acquisitive property business would be highly advantageous. The ability to build trust and credibility quickly with people you've never worked with before.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.A highly organised and methodical approach, with strong attention to detail. The flexibility to undertake extensive UK travel, including overnight stays, during acquisition and go-live periods.Experience within residential lettings or estate agency would be beneficial, although systems expertise is more important than sector background.Experience with property referencing or compliance platforms such as Goodlord, Fixflo or similar would be a strong advantage.Experience delivering systems training or supporting user adoption would also be beneficial.A Key Point for CandidatesThis role is specifically designed for a technical systems specialist, rather than an operational or commercial leader. If your background is primarily in estate agency operations, management or project leadership, with only limited hands-on involvement in systems, this is unlikely to be the right opportunity. We're looking for the person who actually completed the migration and configuration work not simply the person who managed the project around it.Why Join? This is an opportunity to take on a genuinely high-impact role within a business that is actively shaping the future of the UK property market. You'll have the opportunity to:Play a central role in the integration of multiple acquisitions and new brands.Work across a varied portfolio of systems, technologies and businesses.Build deep expertise in CRM implementation and systems integration within the property sector.Have significant visibility across the wider group and its senior leadership team.Help shape and improve the way future acquisitions are integrated.Develop your career within a fast-growing and ambitious organisation.Benefit from a competitive £55,000–£60,000 salary plus bonus, alongside strong professional development opportunities. If you're a hands-on Reapit specialist who enjoys solving complex systems challenges and wants to play a pivotal role in a fast-growing property group's expansion, we'd love to hear from you.Full details of the organisation, benefits and integration programme will be shared with shortlisted candidates.
