Implementation Specialist

Job Title: Project Manager – ERP Integrations (E-Invoicing Preferred)Experience: 5–10 YearsWork Location: DubaiRole SummaryLead end-to-end delivery of ERP integration programs, ensuring alignment across systems, data, and business processes. Drive governance, manage cross-functional dependencies, and ensure successful go-live and stabilization. Experience in e-invoicing or tax compliance implementations is preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn project setup: define scope, detailed plan, RAID logs, RACI, and governance cadenceDrive ERP-led architecture decisions, including integration strategy (API-first) and ownership across ERP, ASP, and compliance systemsLead data mapping (source → ERP → downstream systems), master data readiness, and key business scenarios (including invoicing where applicable)Ensure integration and environment readiness (APIs, DEV/UAT/PROD, access, connectivity)Oversee validations, business rules (including tax where relevant), error handling, and exception management processesLead SIT/UAT cycles, reconciliation, sign-offs, and cutover planning (including rollback strategy)Track cross-functional dependencies and proactively escalate risks and blockersManage go-live, hypercare, defect triage, RCA, and transition to steady-state supportRequired SkillsStrong ERP implementation experience (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)Proven track record in managing ERP integration projects end-to-endExperience with APIs, system integrations, and data mapping conceptsSolid project governance experience (RAID, RACI, stakeholder management)Hands-on experience managing SIT/UAT, cutover, and go-live phasesAbility to identify risks early—especially across data, mapping, and connectivityStrong communication, coordination, and follow-through disciplinePreferred SkillsExperience in e-invoicing or tax compliance implementationsUnderstanding of regulatory reporting and invoice lifecycle processesFamiliarity with ASP/GSP models or similar compliance integration frameworks
