Job Description – Implementation Specialist/Project Manager | UAE E-Invoicing ImplementationLocation: UAE Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead UAE E-Invoicing implementation and digital compliance transformation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong ownership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities to drive successful project delivery across cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities•Manage end-to-end UAE e-invoicing implementation projects.•Coordinate with finance, tax, IT, product, implementation, and customer teams.•Drive project planning, execution, UAT, and go-live readiness.•Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.•Ensure effective stakeholder communication and status reporting.•Manage project documentation, compliance tracking, and post-go-live support.•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation.•Drive outcomes proactively rather than only task tracking.Required Experience & Skills•4–12 years of project management experience in:oDigital transformationoFintechoTax technologyoCompliance platformsoSaaSoSystem integrationoEnterprise implementation projects•Strong experience in managing cross-functional and client-facing projects.•Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.•Ability to manage complex implementations and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.Preferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following areas will be an added advantage:•E-invoicing•VAT systems•AP/AR processes•Billing & payments•Reconciliation systems•Audit trails•API/SFTP integrations•Government reporting platforms
