About HoreXHoreX is a UAE-built restaurant management platform — POS plus a deep back-office (inventory, food cost, procurement, kitchen, HR, analytics) in one system. We help restaurants and multi-branch groups cut food cost and run on real-time data.The RoleYou turn a signed client into a live, happy customer. You own onboarding end-to-end: migrating restaurants (often from iiko/Syrve), configuring the platform to each venue's real operations, and training their teams to go live smoothly.What you'll doLead end-to-end implementation — from kickoff to go-liveConfigure menus, recipes, stock, branches, terminals, printers, kitchen stationsRun data migration from competitor systems and validate accuracyTrain owners, managers, and staff — in person and remotelySet up integrations (delivery, payments, hardware) and troubleshootFeed recurring client pain points back to the product teamWhat we're looking for2+ years in restaurant tech / POS implementation, F&B operations, or hospitality systems (UAE experience strongly preferred)Hands-on experience with iiko/Syrve, or similar platforms is a big plusSolid understanding of how a restaurant runs — kitchen, inventory, front-of-houseComfortable with software setup, data, and basic troubleshootingExcellent communication and training skillsFluent English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu a strong plus)Must be based in Dubai, hold a valid UAE driving licence, and have your own car📩 Apply here or message us directly.
