Our main solutions include payment acquisition for digital commerce, transaction processing, and technological solutions for businesses.Are you ready to shine? 🌟Your responsibilities as an Implementation Sr. Specialist will be:Design, manage, and execute complex and strategic implementations involving advanced integrations, specialized configurations, customizations, and multiple technical dependenciesEvaluate complex functional and technical requirements to define efficient and scalable implementation solutionsCoordinate implementation initiatives involving multiple teams, business units, vendors, and stakeholdersResolve complex technical issues, critical problems, and unprecedented scenarios while minimizing operational and service-related risksDefine, document, and maintain standards, best practices, templates, procedures, and certification criteria for implementation activitiesLead validation, certification, integrated testing, and quality assurance activitiesServe as a technical authority by providing mentoring, training, and knowledge transfer to analysts and specialistsIn addition, you can make a difference if you meet:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in technology solution implementation, systems integration, functional architecture, specialized technical support, or complex technology projectsExperience managing highly complex implementations involving multiple integrations, platforms, customizations, and technical dependenciesExperience participating in large-scale corporate projects, multi-country implementations, or enterprise-wide initiativesKnowledge of implementation methodologies, systems integration, incident management, change management, and industry best practicesExperience mentoring, training, and supporting technical team developmentITIL Foundation, CAPM, Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC), or equivalent certifications are preferredWe provide excellent benefits, such as:Scholarship Program -Evertec University -Medical Insurance -Talent Referral ProgramWork hours Standard business hours Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
