Import & Export Analyst III - North America

We are seeking an experienced trade compliance leader to drive end-to-end foreign trade operations across the US, Mexico, and Canada. In this role, you will own regional trade governance, leverage USMCA and global FTAs for duty savings, optimize multimodal supply chain networks, and lead the PMO for our enterprise Global Trade Management (GTM) system rollout.Key ResponsibilitiesTrilateral Trade Governance: Direct foreign trade operations and customs compliance across US (CBP), Mexico (SAT/ANAM), and Canada (CBSA). Ensure strict adherence to partner agencies (FDA, EPA, DOT, NOMs, CARM).Strategic Duty Savings: Optimize HTS classifications and maximize USMCA/T-MEC utilization alongside global trade agreements (CPTPP, EU-Mexico) to minimize financial exposure.Logistics & Broker Management: Audit and manage regional customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics service providers. Enforce SLAs and drive key transport metrics (OTD, load saturation).Supply Chain Security & Audits: Maintain regional security programs (C-TPAT, OEA, PIP).
