This role is ideal for a logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementOversee and manage daily import and export operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing.Handle all export documentation and data entry requirements in compliance with company and regulatory standards.Ensure smooth coordination with customers, overseas partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders.Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues proactively.Financial & Commercial ManagementReview monthly Profit & Loss statements and submit closing reports within established timelines.Negotiate competitive buying rates with shipping lines, carriers, and NVOCCs to optimize profitability.Maintain and manage strong commercial relationships with carriers and logistics partners.Tariff & Pricing ManagementUpdate and maintain internal tariffs based on current market rates and validity periods.Validate and distribute tariff updates to the sales team before month-end.Obtain and monitor latest carrier tariffs, local charges, and vessel schedules.Business Development SupportAct as key operational support to the sales team in business acquisition and customer retention activities.Assist with customer inquiries, pricing requests, and solution development.Promote and drive customer adoption of the ECU360 digital platform.Coordination & Customer ServiceManage business coordination with overseas offices and partners.Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries.Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions.Ensure customers receive high-quality service and operational support.Reporting & Data ManagementMaintain daily shipment and inquiry reports.Update and manage FOB shipment shipper contact databases.Provide regular operational updates and performance insights to management.LocationPort Klang, Malaysia
