Import Coordinator FMCG Russian speaker

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate purchase orders and communicate with suppliers.Monitor stock levels, sales, and replenishment needs.Follow up on production, shipping, and delivery timelines.Prepare and check import, shipping, and customs documentation.Coordinate with logistics companies, brokers, warehouse, finance, and sales teams.Support product registration and compliance procedures in the UAE.Maintain supplier, product, and purchasing data in 1C.Handle payment requests, claims, and supplier-related documentation.RequirementsExperience in purchasing, import, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.Good Excel skills.Experience with 1C is an advantage.Good English communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Location: Dubai, UAE
