Import, Export & Key Account’s ResponsibleFor our client company, that is in a very dynamic work environment in Ümraniye, we’re looking for the right Import Export and Key Account’s Responsible to be a perfect match having a high motivation to work in an entrepreneural, own the business, solution oriented, supportive and collaborative team. The right professional should have analytical, commercial, trouble shooting and result oriented mind-set.The role requires A to Z operations of import and export sales activities, following up product portfolio align wth material, production and warehousing stocks, international purchasing, international shipment and collections as well as all following up with Key Accounts from A to Z not limited wth orders but Key Account Management.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinates import, export and Key Account’s activities, agreements in line with internal and global company targets and yearly plans· Find out new and potential markets/projects in other regions and strongly contribute in the growth startegy· Meeting sales targets in relevant markets· Follow up of product portfolio and follow up of material, production and warehouse stocks· Responsible of international material purchasing operations· Responsible of international client shipment and collections· Negotiate all contracts with potential customers· Help determine pricing plans for offers, promotions and negotiations· Prepare weekly and monthly reports· Prepare sales presentations to potential customers· Obtain a balance of deposits and payments from customers· Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders· Guiding customers about credit terms, products, prices and availability· Visit regularly customers to maintain relationship, assess needs or promote products and services· Participate in domestic and international fairs· Follow national and international insights, publications and reports about the sector

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering5-10 years of import & Key Account’s experience (preferably packaging, flexible plastic, stretch film)Excellent verbal and written skills in English· Advanced use of MS office ApplicationsHighly motivated to work in an entrepreneural, own the business and solution oriented environment· Strong communication and people management skills,· Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive approach and high energyAnalytical, commercial, trouble shooting and result oriented mind-setAbility to sell in both international and local marketsNo restrictions for travel; sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel abroad.Completed or exempted military service for male candidatesResidence in Istanbul Anatolian side that is in a close environment to Ümraniye location.
