It is committed to building strategic partnerships, adapting to market changes, and delivering innovative logistics solutions that connect global markets.Role Description The Import Export Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Moonachie, NJ. This position is responsible for managing daily import and export operations, including preparing and reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements, and coordinating shipments with carriers, warehouses, and internal logistics teams. The coordinator communicates regularly with customers to provide shipment status updates, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth flow of information and cargo. The role also involves data entry into freight and customs systems, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with colleagues to meet deadlines and service standards. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach are essential to success in this position.Qualifications Ability to manage core import and export activities, including Import Export, Import, and Export processes.Knowledge of Export Documentation requirements and proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and filing accurate documents.Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.Familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations, international shipping practices, and trade compliance standards.Proficiency with office software and transportation/logistics systems; strong data entry and record-keeping skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to prioritize multiple shipments and deadlines.Prior experience in freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or logistics coordination preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, international business, or a related field is an asset.
