Key ResponsibilitiesHandle import/export customs clearance and documentationCoordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines and customs brokersArrange domestic delivery and monitor shipment schedulesManage inventory records for motorcycles, spare parts and accessoriesCheck invoices, packing lists and other shipping documentsCoordinate with warehouse teams and resolve logistics issuesSupport vehicle/parts testing, certification and regulatory complianceWork closely with Sales and report to Japanese & Vietnamese managersRequirementsBusiness-level English2 years experience in logistics, import-export or domestic deliveryGood knowledge of import regulations and customs proceduresProactive, detail-oriented and responsibleExperience in the automotive, motorcycle or machinery industry is a plusInterest in motorcycles or mechanical vehicles is an advantageSalary & BenefitsSalary: Up to VND 14M gross/monthSocial & health insurance based on full gross salaryAnnual health check12 days annual leave
