Time Tech is promoted by experienced professionals committed to the long-term success of customers, suppliers, team members, and shareholders.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Import Export Executive role based in Mumbai. The role involves managing end-to-end import and export documentation, coordinating with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure timely and compliant shipments. The individual will monitor shipment schedules, track logistics status, and resolve any issues related to transportation, customs clearance, and delivery. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing contracts, invoices, shipping documents, and compliance reports, while adhering to relevant trade regulations and company policies. The role also entails maintaining accurate records, updating internal systems, and collaborating with internal departments to support smooth international trade operations and high-quality customer service.Qualifications Strong expertise in import and export processes, including Import and Export documentation and compliance.Practical knowledge of Import Logistics, including coordination with freight forwarders, customs, and transport partners.Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with internal teams, suppliers, and customers professionally.Understanding of international trade regulations, incoterms, and basic customs procedures.Relevant experience in import-export operations, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or logistics management systems.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple shipments and deadlines with integrity and accuracy.
