Import Export Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESImport-Export Shipment:· Monthly follow-up to clear the customs fee status to avoid overdue.·      Support checking and composing import-export shipping documents.·      Fulfill the VNTA registration for state quality inspection of imported goods.·      Follow up and manage VPN import-export quality.·      Apply for VPN licenses for VPN products.·      Cooperate and notify the warehouse team when receiving the import shipments and loading export shipments.·      Post goods inbound shipment unloading completion and shipment fees on PSI systems.Certification:·      Prepare and submit completed documents to VNTA twice a month for wireless products.·      Prepare self-declaration of conformity, input data and submit to the National database.·      Handle the testing samples.·      Prepare documents for Type of Approval certificate and submit to TQC.Payments:·      Monthly, collect invoices, prepare documents and submit the payment via Dingtalk·      Apply payment via system.·      Submit hardcopy documents to the Accounting team.Systems updating:·      Post ex rate every day on PSI systems.·      Allocate import fee and update in PSI for import shipments.·      Update local model products from the E-commerce team.·      Update new models in PSI and Misa·      Import im-ex shipment data to EcusFile management and update·      Update master file daily, record documents properly.Legal/regulatories       Weekly study and update new legal/regulatories from governments.REQUIREMENTS·      Highly detail-oriented; Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion abilities, and analysis skills.·      Being flexible, commercially aware, and able to change·      Must be strong in customs clearance and Certificate procedures.·      Work well in a dynamic environment·      Good command of English/ China and computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) BENEFITS·       Competitive salary with quarterly and yearly bonuses·       Opportunity to earn recognition through our "Best Staff of the Quarter" award.·       PVI health insurance package and full social insurance·       Free in-house entertainment facilities and snack, coffee, and tea·       Join in various team building, team dinners, birthdays, and Xmas events.·       Lovely gifts/bonuses from the company: Tet, public holidays, weddings, giving birth, women's day.·       Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment·       Gain valuable experience in event marketing and brand promotion·       Be part of a creative and collaborative team
