Job Title: Import–Export Part ManagerLocation: [WOOJEON VINA CO., LTD - Lot F2, Que Vo IP, Bac Ninh province, Vietnam]Employment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Import–Export Department Manager to lead our international trade operations. This role is responsible for overseeing all import and export activities, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations, and driving efficiency across the supply chain.Key ResponsibilitiesManage import–export operations: Supervise daily shipping, customs clearance, and documentation processes.Liquidation report handling: Correct BOM, follow import/export CDS and create Liquidation report with support from consultant company.Ensure compliance: Monitor adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.Develop supplier relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with logistics providers, customs brokers, and suppliers.Optimize supply chain: Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in global trade flows.Lead the team: Train, mentor, and evaluate staff to achieve departmental goals.Prepare reports: Provide regular updates to senior management on performance, risks, and opportunities.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in import–export management.Strong knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and international shipping.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.Proficiency in English and Chinese or Korean langue would be advantage.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance bonuses.Professional development opportunities.Dynamic and international working environment.
