Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob DescriptionOperational Control & Customs Governance:Direct and supervise all inbound/outbound freight operations and customs clearance activities across the manufacturing plant.Maintain and systematically adjust internal data within E-cus software to guarantee continuous alignment with e-customs databases and physical warehouse stock balance.Oversee timely and accurate processing of import tariff obligations alongside tax reimbursement applications.Manage registration procedures for export-manufacturing and processing agreements in compliance with regulatory bodies.Shipment Coordination & Documentation Management:Coordinate international shipping schedules and inland transport routes for raw materials, machinery, and equipment according to operational timelines.Control finished goods distribution, export dispatching, and re-export procedures whenever required.Audit, archive, and validate full shipping documentation packages (including B/L, AWB, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Sales Contracts, Bank Remittance Slips, Customs Declarations, and Tax Receipts) prior to distribution to relevant units.Partner with Finance & Accounting teams to expedite post-shipment tax reconciliation and claims.Stakeholder Management & Reporting:Act as the primary corporate representative in communications and direct audits with Customs authorities, freight forwarders, international clients, and vendors.Ensure full adherence of import-export processes to national customs legislation, internal standards, and third-party agreements.Compile quarterly/annual balance sheets for internal management or official customs requirements.Provide periodic shipment updates and material arrival reports to executive leadership, proposing corrective actions when needed.Carry out additional strategic assignments requested by the Head of Supply Chain and CEO.Working Conditions & Benefits Policy:Working hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday through Saturday (1-hour lunch break, 15-minute morning & afternoon breaks).Saturday policy: 2 full Saturdays off per month with full pay; other Saturdays off (if taken) receive 50% base remuneration.Standard role without mandatory shift work or overtime (approved OT compensated per Labor Law).Job RequirementsQualifications & Background:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related faculties.Minimum 05 years of management experience as Logistics/Import-Export Section Head within FDI manufacturing enterprises.Technical Expertise & Soft Skills:Essential hands-on capability in Customs Finalization Reports, direct customs declaration, and direct liaison with customs officials.Advanced command of E-cus software and Microsoft Office suite.Fluent English communication skills (Mandatory).Strong leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and high-pressure endurance.High integrity, decisiveness, accountability, and adaptive mindset.
