1. Full-Process Order Tracking Responsible for tracking the entire process of vegetable export orders, from receipt and order processing to delivery, ensuring orders are completed on time, in the required quantity, and with high quality. Maintain daily business communication with overseas clients to confirm specifications (e.g., selection criteria, packaging specifications, weight tolerance), delivery dates (ETD/ETA), and payment schedules.Coordinate with internal production, processing plants, cold chain logistics, and third-party quality inspection to monitor the harvesting, sorting, packaging, and refrigeration progress of bulk vegetables.2. Export Documentation and Customs Declaration ManagementPrepare and review all export documents (including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin (CO/Form E), phytosanitary certificates, sanitary certificates, etc.).Liaise with customs brokers, customs, and entry-exit inspection and quarantine departments to handle vegetable export customs declaration and quarantine procedures, ensuring timely clearance.Closely monitor food safety regulations, residue standards, and phytosanitary requirements of target export countries/regions to ensure compliance of documents and products.3. Supply Chain and Cold Chain Logistics Coordination• Responsible for liaising with international freight forwarders and shipping companies, booking space (refrigerated containers/Reefer Containers), confirming container type, temperature, and ventilation settings.• Monitor temperature records during cold chain transportation, follow up on cargo loading, port unloading, customs clearance, and shipping status, and promptly handle transportation anomalies.• Assist in managing vegetable inventory at processing plants/warehouses, optimize delivery plans, and reduce the risk of loss. 4. Customer Relationship Maintenance and After-Sales Anomaly Handling• Assist the business manager in handling customer inquiries, quotations, and contract drafting.• Establish and update overseas customer files, and regularly summarize and analyze customer purchasing habits and order data.• Responsible for after-sales service after vegetables arrive at the destination port. In case of anomalies such as loss, quality claims, or customs clearance delays, collect on-site photos/inspection reports and assist the manager in negotiation and claims handling. 5. Market Data and Ledger Management* Establish and maintain export business ledgers (order progress, payment receipts, tax refund progress, logistics costs, etc.) to ensure consistency between records and actual transactions.* Track major vegetable categories (such as garlic, ginger, onions, carrots, potatoes, etc.) for bulk market price trends, shipping cost fluctuations, and exchange rate changes, and compile and submit regular reports.
