قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجRole DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Import/Export Specialist to coordinate international trade and shipment activities, ensuring goods move efficiently and in compliance with applicable requirements. The role involves managing import and export documentation, coordinating shipments, communicating with suppliers and logistics partners, and supporting smooth customs clearance and delivery processes.You will work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to coordinate shipping schedules and ensure accurate documentation. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, customs documentation, and other trade-related records. You will also track shipments, monitor delivery status, resolve documentation or clearance issues, and maintain accurate import/export records.The Import/Export Specialist will support trade compliance, logistics efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement of international shipping processes. Strong attention to detail, knowledge of international trade procedures, organizational skills, and effective communication are essential for this role.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.Strong understanding of import and export procedures, international shipping processes, and trade documentation.Knowledge of commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and related shipping documents.Understanding of customs clearance processes, import/export regulations, and international trade compliance requirements.Ability to coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders.Strong attention to detail with the ability to review documents and identify discrepancies or compliance risks.Ability to track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve logistics or documentation issues efficiently.Familiarity with Incoterms, international payment terms, and basic customs classification concepts.Familiarity with ERP systems, logistics platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple shipments and documentation requirements while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.Proactive and responsible approach with a strong commitment to compliance, efficiency, and service quality.Ability to adapt to changing international trade requirements and support continuous process improvement.
