Ecoripe is committed to building long-term, trust-based relationships that help partners grow their tropical produce category for today’s diverse consumers.Role Description: The Import/Logistics Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Medley, FL, responsible for overseeing daily logistics operations for tropical produce across North America. This role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, manages transportation partners, and ensures on-time delivery while maintaining product quality and traceability standards. This position handles documentation and compliance for domestic and international freight, including temperature-controlled shipments. The Import/Logistics Manager works closely with customer service, sales, and operations teams to resolve delivery issues, optimize costs, and maintain clear, proactive communication with partners.Required Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)Prior experience in Imports or related fieldOther Qualifications:Demonstrated expertise in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to oversee end-to-end movement of goods.Experience in Procurement and vendor coordination to secure transportation and related services efficiently.Customer Service skills to manage partner expectations and support long-term relationships.Knowledge of cold chain logistics, perishable goods handling, and transportation regulations (domestic and international).Solid analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and time-sensitive decision-making.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across operations, sales, and supplier teams.Previous experience in produce, food distribution, or related industries is preferredExperience with Famous ERP software preferred
