Import Service Delivery Customer Service

Summary:This position is responsible for import customer support tasks. This role is collaborated with the team to provide the best customer service in accordance with the business strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities

Handle and respond to import amendment request from POLs.Prepare, review and send Import Manifest (Hard Copies to Customs, 3PF, SPC, Tax..etc).Upload and prepare Delivery Order in system.Update Customs system (ASYCUDA) with import voyages manifests.Prepare and deliver to customer Delivery Orders and Import local charges invoicesResponsible from Import Call Closure.Handle Counter Inquires.Issue imports local Invoices (Telex Release, OBL reissuance, Certificate, etc..).Update and maintain the physical files, so that the authorized teams have easy and traceable access to the documents.Ensure all delivery order files are always complete and correct, including OBLs and additional documents (telex release, Customer letters, new regulations ...etc.).Ensure all documentation is archived according to the stipulated guidelines in a timely and accurate manner.Assist Customer Service team in daily tasks.

Qualifications
