IMS Coordinator

We are hiring an IMS Coordinator to support the implementation and maintenance of the Company’s Integrated Management System.Key Responsibilities:Maintain IMS procedures, records, registers and controlled documents.Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance.Coordinate internal/external audits and follow up corrective actions.Maintain records for risks, KPIs, NCR/CAR, training, legal requirements and management review.Coordinate with departments and projects to ensure proper IMS documentation and evidence.Requirements:3–5 years’ relevant IMS/QHSE experience, preferably in UAE construction.Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.Internal Auditor certification preferred.Strong documentation and coordination skills.What We Offer:Attractive salary package (AED 8,000 – 10,000)Career growth and long-term opportunitiesProfessional and dynamic work environment
