In-House Founder Content Producer

OneAsset is looking for an in-house Founder Content Producer to work directly with the CEO and document the day-to-day journey of building the company. This is an embedded, hands-on role based in our Dubai office. You will capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments, internal discussions, and founder reflections to build a consistent library of high-quality original footage.Your focus is exclusively on founder-led content and documentation, supporting immediate short-form assets while building a long-term archive for broader storytelling. Channel management, community strategy, and publishing remain with the broader social media team.Core Responsibilities Daily Founder DocumentationWork on-site in Dubai, staying closely aligned with the CEO’s daily schedule.Capture planned and spontaneous moments, including meetings, team collaboration, event prep, and company milestones.Identify high-value moments organically without making daily operations feel staged.Maintain strict discretion and coordinate with team members to respect confidentiality around commercial, legal, or regulatory topics. Weekly Podcast & Long-Form ProductionOrganise, set up, and record a weekly podcast/discussion featuring the executive leadership team.Manage camera, audio, lighting, and room setups to ensure high-fidelity output.Organise raw footage, produce basic rough edits, and highlight key clips for repurposing.Build a persistent audio/video record of founder insights on markets, tokenisation, real estate, and startup growth. Short-Form Content CreationEdit and deliver 30-to-90-second vertical and horizontal videos for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram.Cut down podcast excerpts, event footage, travel moments, and behind-the-scenes founder observations.Hand off polished assets to the social media team for final scheduling and distribution. Content Archiving & Asset ManagementMaintain a structured digital archive organised by date, subject, topic, project status, and confidentiality level.Preserve raw high-resolution footage for future long-form media, retrospective campaigns, or documentary projects. Proactive Opportunity SpottingAnticipate documentable moments (major product releases, licensing milestones, office expansions, key partner visits).Develop sharp editorial judgment on when to record and when to give the team space.Candidate ProfileLocation: Based in or willing to relocate immediately to Dubai (100% on-site).Technical Setup: Skilled in operating videography gear (DSLRs/mirrorless, lapel/boom mics, basic lighting setups).Editing Skills: Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut for short-form video optimisation.Mindset: Proactive, self-directed, and adaptable to rapid schedule shifts.Discretion: High degree of integrity and professional judgment when handling sensitive internal conversations.Background: Experience producing startup, founder-led, podcast, or documentary-style content is preferred.
