LAW MEETS TECHNOLOGY, BUSINESS MEETS COMPLEXITY, AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR THE PERSON WHO KNOWS HOW TO NAVIGATE BOTH.Join Voxility as an In-House Lawyer and become part of an international technology company where your legal expertise has a direct impact on the business.Main responsibilities...Ensure Voxility's legal complianceEnsure the company's compliance with current and future national, European and foreign legal provisions applicable to Voxility and its commercial operationsReduce legal risks arising from Voxility's contractual relationships through direct interventions in associated documentsMonitor legislative changes and apply within organization relevant changes Write and implement procedures regarding Voxility's structure, activities, authorizations and licensesResearch (and advise on) any legal matter Manage legal documentation and contractsDraft, review and amend contracts, corporate documents, legal requests, notices and other legal documentation of Voxility and associated entitiesReview documents related to Voxility's legal relationships with clients, suppliers and other third partiesParticipate in the contract approval and administration process through Voxility's internal systemsRegularly update Voxility's internal processes and procedures regarding legal risks, contracts, client and supplier verification and acceptanceAssist and represent Voxility during meetings and negotiations with contractual partnersPrepare reports, legal opinions and recommendations for VoxilityEnsure employment, data protection and intellectual property complianceProvide legal support to the HR department regarding the conclusion, amendment and termination of employment and collaboration agreementsVeto Voxility's actions and decisions to ensure compliance with the Labour Code and applicable national, European and foreign legislationRegularly update the internal regulations and other internal rules and proceduresEnsure the protection of Voxility's databases and intellectual property rights under applicable national, European and foreign legislationEnsure compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and develop the required internal procedures, forms and contractual annexesRepresent and defend Voxility before national, European and foreign authorities in matters related to the lawful processing of personal dataRepresent and defend Voxility's interests and its personnelAssist and represent Voxility and its personnel before courts, arbitration and jurisdictional bodies, investigation and prosecution authorities, notaries and bailiffsPrepare, submit and support requests, notifications, statements, petitions and other legal documents on behalf of Voxility and its personnel, both in Romania and abroadInvestigate complaints and notifications from third parties regarding potential legal violations committed by Voxility's clients through the use of Voxility's networkPrepare responses and defenses in relation to such complaints and investigationsAssist and represent Voxility and its personnel in any legal matter or situation at the company's requestInitiate and conduct negotiations with Voxility's partners and opposing parties to obtain advantageous contractual or financial terms, subject to the approval of Voxility's legal administratorTrademarks in Romania and abroadProtect Voxility's and its associated entities' trademarks through legal actions including cease-and-desist correspondence and enforcement actionsHandle the registration and renewal processYOU WILL BE PAID15.000 -
