We are recruiting a mid to senior lawyer with a commercial contracts and financial services background for a fast growing London based FinTech. The company has an exciting business model and there are excellent long term growth prospects.Responsibilities will include:Drafting and negotiating a mix of commercial agreementsAdvising on data protection and financial services regulationSupporting the business with corporate advisory and governance workRepresenting legal on strategic projectsThe role would suit an experienced commercial lawyer comfortable operating in a fast growing financial services company.
