In-House: Senior Facilities ManagerManchester City CentreSalary: Up To £70,000 (D.O.E)REF: AK3649651The CompanyOur client specialises in asset and development management of commercial and mixed-use real estate, with its’ own in-house management team.The company has particular expertise in restoring and sustainably developing heritage buildings, with an expanding commercial portfolio that currently extends across Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds.Role DescriptionA Senior Facilities Manager is required, based within Manchester city centre, to manage the day-to-day operations of a highly recognised and expanding commercial and mixed-use properties, and ensure that they are not only well-maintained but also compliant with health & safety, and environmental standards.The role includes, but is not limited to co-ordinating and overseeing:building maintenancecontractorsbudgets, andefficiency improvements.QualificationsFacilities Management experience, minimum 5 years+Relevant professional certifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH essential.Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations, Risk Management, and ComplianceKnowledge of ESG Requirements, Green Building Certifications, NABERS, BREEAM etcExperience of service charge budgets, financial management, and contractor relationsOrganisational and interpersonal communication skillsHigh levels of attention to detail with M&E knowledgeProblem-solving mindset, with the ability to work under minimal supervision with tight deadlinesExperience in managing heritage and mixed-use properties is a strong advantageProject Management experience idealEmployee BenefitsCompetitive Salary up to £70,000 p.a.
