With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.We are currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Officer for our client to be based out of their Abu Dhabi Office.Responsibility- Source a high volume of CVs across diverse roles and industries.Manage challenging recruitment requirements and deliver results under tight timelines.Successfully close positions within one month, regardless of complexity.Utilize all major recruitment platforms and leverage AI-driven tools for efficient sourcing.Prepare and submit accurate recruitment reports to stakeholders.Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure excellent candidate experience.Think creatively and “outside the box” to attract top talent.Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements.Skills- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and fast-paced environments.Strong knowledge of job boards, social media, and AI-based sourcing tools.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.Energetic, proactive, and innovative mindset.Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
