Employment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per monthExperience: 1–3 years in Retail Sales / Showroom SalesAbout the RoleORNAZ is looking for a confident, polished and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our in-store team.As the first point of contact for customers entering the store, you will play an important role in creating a warm, elevated and seamless shopping experience while driving sales and building lasting customer relationships.Key Responsibilities* Welcome and engage with walk-in customers in a warm, professional and attentive manner.* Understand customer preferences, requirements and budgets to recommend suitable jewellery.* Present and explain ORNAZ’s collections, designs, materials and product details.* Assist customers throughout their purchase journey and confidently handle sales conversations.* Build strong relationships with customers and follow up on enquiries and potential sales.* Maintain a polished and organised appearance of the front-of-store and customer-facing areas.* Handle customer queries and coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth experience.* Work towards individual and store-level sales targets.What We’re Looking For* 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, showroom sales or customer-facing sales.* Experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, beauty or premium retail will be an advantage.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Confident, well-groomed and comfortable interacting with customers.* Strong sales orientation with the ability to build trust and convert enquiries into sales.* A professional and service-oriented approach.* Open to candidates of all genders.Why ORNAZ?Join a growing luxury jewellery brand and be part of a customer experience that brings together contemporary design, craftsmanship and the beauty of natural diamonds.
