The Visual Merchandiser will work in partnership with domestic and international offices to ensure consistent visual messaging across all geographic doors.What You’ll Do:Support the Boutique/Flagship store to achieve visual standardsEnsure stores are implementing visual directives as communicated by headquarters in ItalyTravel to Brunello Cucinelli Monobrand, BPS and Multibrand locations as required to ensure quality market presentationSupport stores with ongoing window, table, rack, and mannequin styling and advise based on product sell throughPartner with store managers to understand needs of each market and create displays that are relevant to each doorWork cross functionally with Buying, Planning, and Retail Leadership to maximize sales opportunitiesAdapt visual guidelines to market to reflect their assortmentSupport the events and marketing teams for styling and event execution such as in-store events, luncheons, fashion shows, boutique shop openings, charity events, social gatherings, etc.Travel to NY Showroom 2-4 times a year for seasonal training and/or Market supportContribute to overall department success partnering with NY Showroom teamsMeet departmental deadlines and photo submission guidelinesAdditional tasks as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree preferred4-6 years’ experience in visual merchandising, preferably within wholesale, retail, and outlet luxury apparel industryAbility to stand for 5+ consecutive hours without assistanceAbility to lift 50+ lbs on a regular and repeated basis without assistanceAbility to travel domestic and internationallyAbility to prioritize multiple projects effectively to deliver timely and impactful resultsThrive on working collaboratively with team members across the companyAdaptable and comfortable with changeConvey positive can-do attitude towards tackling problemsAbility to seek feedback and seek other points-of-view while maintaining confident directionTeam player who can thrive in a relationship driven environmentPassionate, driven, and motivated by productStrong computer skills, specifically MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.)Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
