In addition, the company supplies hardware and consumables for labeling and identification, such as label printers and barcode scanners. Njorka offers end-to-end IT support, covering system design, implementation, and ongoing assistance for business information systems.Role Description The Inštruktor za računovodske in poslovne sisteme is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajdovščina. This role involves training users on accounting and business systems, with a focus on OpPIS ERP and related integrated solutions, and helping clients understand how to use these tools effectively in their daily work. The instructor prepares training materials, conducts workshops and one-on-one sessions, and provides clear guidance on financial processes, business workflows, and system functionalities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client needs, configuring and demonstrating system workflows, answering user questions, and collaborating with implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and continuous improvement. The role also includes documenting best practices, gathering feedback from users, and contributing to updates of training programs and knowledge bases.Qualifications Solid understanding of accounting principles and business processes, especially within ERP environments.Experience with business information systems or ERP platforms (e.g., finance, inventory, sales, service modules).Strong instructional, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in simple, practical terms.Ability to analyze client workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and adapt training content to different user roles.Comfort working with cloud-based solutions, desktop environments, and basic IT infrastructure (servers, networks, devices).Proficiency in using office and collaboration tools for creating training materials, documentation, and reports.Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple training sessions and client requests in parallel.Previous experience in user training, consulting, or implementation for accounting or business systems is an advantage.Relevant education in accounting, business, information systems, or a related field is preferred.Willingness to work on-site in Ajdovščina and collaborate closely with clients and internal teams.
