Our payroll has never been missed — every team member paid on the same fixed date, every single month.The Role: This is a professional inbound communication position. You will be handling incoming calls and queries from existing US customers resolving issues, providing accurate information, managing follow-ups, and ensuring every interaction is handled with clarity, patience, and professionalism. This is not a sales role. Full availability for Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, fully on-site at Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 13-C, Karachi.
