Inbound Officer

We are looking for an Inbound Officer to join our logistics operations team. The role is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient receiving operations by verifying inbound shipments, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring proper documentation. The Inbound Officer will coordinate closely with warehouse, transportation, and quality teams to ensure smooth daily operations.Responsibilities:Supervise and execute inbound receiving operations and unloading activitiesVerify received goods against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notesInspect product quality, quantity, and expiration dates to ensure compliance with company standardsReport damaged items, shortages, or discrepancies immediatelyManage batch creation and ensure proper labeling of received goodsOrganize and transfer received pallets to designated warehouse zonesCoordinate truck scheduling and gate management to avoid delays and congestionMaintain accurate receiving records and update transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Prepare daily receiving and discrepancy reportsFollow all safety, quality, and operational proceduresRequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in warehouse receiving or inbound operationsGood knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and barcode scanningStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced warehouse environmentAbility to lift and move materials when required and stand for extended periodsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
