Finance Cars Dubai aims to make car ownership accessible and convenient for a broad range of customers.Role Description The Inbound Sales Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries about car financing and vehicle options. Day-to-day tasks include answering calls and messages, understanding customer needs, explaining finance plans and insurance options, and guiding customers through the application process. The role involves qualifying leads, presenting suitable offers, following up to close sales, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The Inbound Sales Agent will collaborate closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every customer. This position requires consistent on-site presence to support walk-in clients and coordinate with internal stakeholders.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain finance options clearly and build trust with diverse customers.Proven Sales experience, particularly in inbound or retail environments, with a focus on converting inquiries into successful agreements.Basic understanding of Insurance products related to vehicle financing, or willingness to learn and apply insurance knowledge.Experience in Training or coaching, either supporting colleagues or guiding customers through complex processes, is an advantage.Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with automotive or finance sectors, proficiency in CRM or sales software, and fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, maintain high ethical standards, meet performance targets, and provide consistent, professional service.
