We receive inbound customer inquiries through our website, and your responsibility will be to understand the customer’s requirements, recommend the right patch solution, provide quotations, follow up professionally, and close the sale.We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with customers and has a strong sales and closing mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound website inquiries via chat/emailUnderstand customers' custom patch requirementsGuide customers regarding patch types, sizes, quantities, artwork, and pricingPrepare quotations and negotiate professionallyFollow up with potential customers and convert leads into ordersUpsell and recommend suitable options where appropriateMaintain professional communication throughout the sales processCoordinate with the team once an order is confirmed

Requirements
