Please do not contact the office, attorneys, or firm staff directly regarding the position or your application.About the PositionThis is a fully remote, phone-based inbound sales position for someone who can quickly build trust, ask effective questions, follow up consistently, and help qualified prospects take the next step in hiring the firm.You will speak with people who have contacted our law firm for legal assistance, gather and document information, qualify potential matters, explain our paid consultation process, schedule consultations, and follow up with prospective clients throughout the hiring process.This is not a traditional receptionist or administrative intake position. Success is measured by responsiveness, lead follow-up, paid consultations scheduled, CRM accuracy, prospect experience, and conversion of qualified prospects into signed clients.Our firm does not offer free consultations and generally does not work on contingency. You must be comfortable clearly explaining the value and cost of a paid legal consultation, requesting payment, addressing reasonable concerns, and asking prospective clients to take the next step.Previous legal experience is not required. We provide a supportive and accountable remote workplace where team members are trusted, valued, and expected to perform at a high level.Company Video:https://youtu.be/HQB1X6VsxKo?si=KAeh3lMtc4pzBxw4Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries from prospective clientsConduct intake and sales conversations to understand each prospect’s situation, needs, urgency, and goals, and determine whether the matter may be a fit for the firmBuild rapport quickly, create a strong professional first impression, and guide prospects through the decision-making processClearly explain the firm’s services, paid consultation process, pricing, and next stepsSchedule paid consultations, assist with payment, and send related consultation materialsFollow up consistently by phone, email, and text before and after consultations to help qualified prospects move through the engagement processPrepare and send invoices, engagement agreements, fee schedules, and related intake documents, and track outstanding payments, signatures, information, and onboarding itemsMaintain an organized lead pipeline and accurately document all communications, status updates, and follow-up activities in the firm’s CRMCoordinate with attorneys and team members regarding prospective clients, consultation outcomes, and next stepsHandle confidential and sensitive information professionallyHow Success Will Be MeasuredResponsiveness to new inquiries and consistency of follow-upQuality and professionalism of prospect conversationsAccuracy and completeness of CRM recordsPaid consultations scheduled and completedConversion of qualified prospects into signed clientsQualificationsAt least two years of experience in a customer-facing role involving sales, lead follow-up, appointment setting, upselling, account conversion, or measurable performance goalsStrong verbal communication, listening, and questioning skills, with a confident and professional phone presenceAbility to build rapport and trust quickly while remaining persuasive without being overly aggressiveComfortable discussing pricing, requesting payment, addressing reasonable concerns, and asking prospects to take the next stepPersistent, organized, and consistent with follow-upStrong attention to detail and ability to accurately document client and lead informationAble to manage calls, emails, texts, calendars, follow-up tasks, and CRM records in a fast-paced environmentComfortable learning new CRM, telephone, scheduling, and technology platforms, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelDependable, accountable, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environmentAble to maintain confidentiality, exercise good judgment, and work from a private home workspace with reliable high-speed internet suitable for confidential client callsRelevant backgrounds may include inside sales, automotive sales, insurance, apartment leasing, hospitality, retail sales, healthcare intake, recruiting, admissions, membership sales, customer retention, call centers, or other customer-facing positions.Previous legal or law-firm intake experience is helpful but not required.Compensation and Benefits$20-$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus the opportunity to earn up to approximately $25,000 annually in performance-based incentivesPotential total annual compensation of approximately $66,000–$71,000 for a high-performing employee; incentives are based on defined individual and firm performance criteria and are not guaranteedHealth benefits and paid time off after the 90-day introductory periodProfessional development and growth opportunitiesFully remote work environment with a supportive team cultureOur Core ValuesOur team is guided by the following Core Values:Growth, Integrity, Value, Proactivity, Accountability, Results, Dependability, and Service.
