Inbound Supply Chain Manager

Kingston Stanley is partnering with a leading international consumer brand to recruit an experienced Inbound Supply Chain Manager to oversee inbound logistics, freight operations, customs compliance, and supply chain optimisation across the Middle East, Africa & India (MEAI) region.This is an opportunity to lead regional supply chain operations, manage key logistics partnerships, and drive operational efficiency across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end inbound logistics, from international suppliers through to warehouses and distribution centres.Develop and optimise regional freight strategies, shipping routes, transit times, and logistics costs.Ensure compliance with customs regulations, import/export requirements, and international trade agreements.Manage relationships with freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and customs authorities.Drive process improvements, cost optimisation, shipment visibility, and operational performance.Lead and develop a regional inbound supply chain team.What We’re Looking For:Minimum 6+ years of experience in inbound supply chain management, international freight, logistics, and customs compliance.Strong preference for candidates from retail, sportswear, footwear, fashion, apparel, or consumer goods industries.Proven experience managing end-to-end inbound logistics within a multinational or regional organisation.Strong knowledge of Middle East, Africa, and India customs regulations, trade policies, and Free Trade Agreements (FTAs), including India BIS requirements.Experience managing freight forwarders, 3PL providers, and regional logistics operations.Strong understanding of freight cost optimisation, inventory flow, and distribution centre operations.Demonstrated team leadership, stakeholder management, and process improvement capabilities.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.If you have experience managing complex, multi-country inbound supply chain operations and are looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.DUE TO THE NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS RECEIVED, ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED
