Incident Manager

We are looking for an experienced Incident Manager for our client to join a global IT environment and take ownership of critical incident coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate Major Incident resolutionFacilitate incident calls with L2/L3 technical teamsCommunicate incident status to stakeholders and managementDrive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Problem Management activitiesAnalyze incident data, reporting, and process improvementsSupport and mentor junior team membersRequirementsExperience managing Major/Critical IT IncidentsGood understanding of ITIL Incident & Problem ManagementTechnical background with knowledge of IT infrastructureExperience working in an international environmentStrong communication and coordination skillsFluent English and CzechNice to HaveExperience with Global Major IncidentsL3 Support, Infrastructure, or Operations backgroundPower BI experienceITIL certification✅ Full Remote✅ International Environment✅ On-call Rotation✅ Global Impact Role
