Income Auditor

Position OverviewThe Income Auditor will be responsible for auditing and verifying all revenue transactions, recording them accurately, and preparing daily and monthly sales and other reports in accordance with company policies and procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Audit & AnalysisAnalyze variance and rectify errors in the Daily Sales Report, with supervisor assistance if neededPrint and file daily concept and micros income audit reportsAudit sales transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and rectify errorsVerify and analyze discounts, ensuring compliance with approval processes and policiesAudit promotional discounts to ensure approvals are in line with company policiesTransaction & Document ManagementReconcile member transactions with concept and micros reports, forwarding any discrepancies to AR Accountant for invoicingUpdate daily sales reports with credit card batch totals from 'Z' report for reconciliationEnsure all credit card slips are signed or verified by pin entryUpdate SAP receipts in the Daily Sales workbookSegregate and forward cross-charge reports to Management dailyAudit voucher transactions and validate voucher entitlementOperational Support & Spot ChecksPerform random spot checks and surprise cash counts in outlets periodicallyEnsure compliance with SOP for spot checks on outlet floatsAssist outlets with technical support for Credit Cards, POS, etc.Provide supporting documents for any credit card disputesReporting & DocumentationAudit entertainment and complimentary voucher transactions, ensuring authorization/approvalEnsure proper archiving of transaction checks and income audit reports monthly for future referenceUpdate daily summaries for entertainment, promotions, and complimentary voucher transactionsSpool and save open check reports from Micros daily in Excel formatAdditional DutiesSupport other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Income Audit Supervisor/Financial Controller
