Alrimaa is also expanding into solar cell projects, supplying core components like panels, inverters, and batteries to support sustainable energy solutions.Role Description The Independent Business Development and Procurement Partner will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with clients, and expanding Alrimaa’s presence in target markets. This on-site role, based in Dubai, involves managing end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier identification, quotation requests, price and contract negotiations, and coordination of logistics for industrial equipment and spare parts. The partner will work closely with technical and sales teams to understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and support tender submissions for oil, gas, petrochemical, steel, power, and solar projects. Daily tasks include market research, monitoring competitor activity, maintaining accurate records of opportunities and orders, and ensuring timely communication between clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The role requires operating with a high degree of independence, while aligning with Alrimaa’s business objectives and quality standards.Qualifications Business development and sales skills, including client relationship management, opportunity assessment, and negotiation capabilities.Procurement and supply chain skills, such as sourcing, vendor evaluation, purchasing, and coordination of logistics and customs clearance.Technical understanding of industrial equipment and spare parts, particularly for oil, gas, petrochemical, steel, power, and solar energy applications.Market research and analytical skills to assess demand, identify new segments, and support data-driven decision-making.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare clear proposals, reports, and tender documents.Ability to work independently on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Prior experience in industrial trading, engineering services, or related sectors in the GCC region is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proficiency in English; additional language skills (such as Arabic or Farsi) are an advantage.
