Indirect procurement manager-NL

The RoleThis position is based in Rotterdam, Netherlands. This role requires an expert in the NL procurement landscape to lead development and execution for our Logistics & Industrial portfolio. You will collaborate with International Development and Asset Management teams to drive cost-efficiency and supply chain reliability.Job ResponsibilitiesStrategy: Formulate NL-specific procurement plans that align with global business objectives and local project timelines.Vendor Management: Cultivate a high-performing supplier base in the NL, focusing on Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors and material suppliers.Execution: Manage the end-to-end tendering process, utilizing ERP systems to ensure transparency, cost-control, and timely delivery.Job RequirementsExperience: Minimum 2 years of relevant procurement experience in local industrial/logistics projects.Market Knowledge: Expert knowledge of local construction law, JCT/NEC contracts, and local cost benchmarking.Languages: Full professional proficiency in English. (No other language requirements).Leadership: Proven track record of driving procurement projects independently; strong negotiation skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
