Indirect Procurement/Sourcing Manager (Senior)

Looking for a Senior Indirect Sourcing Manager to lead indirect procurement activities across large-scale complex construction projects. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner with senior stakeholders, optimize supplier strategies, and deliver commercial excellence that supports critical energy infrastructure development.Strategic Sourcing Leadership✅ Develop and execute indirect sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives✅ Drive cost optimization, supplier consolidation, and value creation initiatives✅ Lead strategic sourcing events, RFPs, RFQs, and commercial negotiations✅ Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency and supply chain resilienceCategory & Supplier Management✅ Manage key indirect spend categories including:Contingent Workforce & StaffingEngineering & Technical ServicesConstruction & Site ServicesLogistics & TransportationFacilities & Corporate Services✅ Build and maintain strong supplier relationships✅ Lead supplier performance reviews and risk assessments✅ Ensure compliance with company policies, ESG requirements, and contractual obligationsCommercial & Stakeholder Management✅ Partner with Project Directors, Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, and Engineering teams✅ Provide commercial guidance to support project delivery and business growth✅ Negotiate complex contracts and service agreements✅ Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost forecasting initiatives[Required Qualifications]✔ Background in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline✔ 10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience✔ Proven experience managing indirect procurement categories✔ Strong contract negotiation and supplier management skills✔ Experience working within Power, Renewable Energy, Construction, EPC, Industrial, or Infrastructure sectors✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills✔ Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills
