Indoor Sales & Marketing Manager (Window blind)

One of our clients in Sharjah is looking for Indoor Sales & Marketing Manager.The Indoor Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily sales activities, supervising the sales team, monitoring performance and sales pipelines, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth and timely payment collection from customers.Coordinate and oversee the team's daily indoor sales activities.Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets.Manage and regularly update sales pipelines, leads, quotations, and follow-ups.Ensure timely follow-up with customers and convert leads into sales.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.Coordinate with the sales team to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.Monitor outstanding customer payments and coordinate with customers to ensure timely collection.Work closely with accounts/finance teams to resolve payment and invoicing issues.Prepare regular sales and pipeline reports for management.Experience:Proven experience in indoor sales, sales coordination, or sales management.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.Experience managing sales teams and monitoring sales pipelines.Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.Strong follow-up and payment-collection skills.Good organizational and reporting abilities.You may also register your profile through our website and apply here: https://nadia-me.com/job/details/654
