Responsibilities

Innovative design for ice and water systems: Based on North American consumers' ice and water usage habits, led the user experience design and interaction innovation for refrigerator ice and water dispensing systems, covering the industrial design of ice- and water-related functional modules such as ice makers, water dispensers, and sparkling water modules.AI interaction interface design: Collaborated with AI engineers to design the hardware form and user experience of the refrigerator's intelligent interaction interface, including touchscreen layout, voice interaction hardware integration, and visual AI camera module design.Localized user research: Developed an in-depth understanding of North American household lifestyles and kitchen scenarios, and drove product definition and design decisions through user research.Cross-team collaboration: Worked closely with MARC's engineering and marketing teams as well as the design team at the China headquarters to ensure the technical feasibility and brand consistency of design solutions.Trend research and patent layout: Continuously tracked North American refrigerator industrial design trends and the evolution of the smart home ecosystem, produced design trend reports, and promoted related design patent layout.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related fields, with over 5 years of industrial design experience in home appliances or consumer electronics.Experience in refrigerator or kitchen appliance design is preferred; experience in ice water systems or smart interactive hardware design is a plus.Excellent design presentation skills and 3D modeling abilities, proficient in design tools such as Rhino, SolidWorks, and Keyshot.Understanding of North American consumers' lifestyles and kitchen culture; experience in product design for the North American market is preferred.Good English communication skills, capable of efficient collaboration within multicultural teams.
