Every curve and contour you define matters.Frontier technology: Work with 3D-printing and mass customization at the cutting edge of medical manufacturing.Full ownership: Own designs from ideation to productionWhat you'll do:Lead the full creative cycle for next-gen orthopedic devices — from user research and ideation through to production-ready documentationBuild Class-A 3D CAD surfaces and solid bodies in SolidWorks, working across multiple product categories simultaneouslyConduct in-depth field research with real users to ground every design decision in lived experienceTranslate complex ergonomic, geometric, and mechanical challenges into elegant, manufacturable solutionsCommunicate concepts through sketches, renderings, and presentations that make ideas immediate and tangibleOversee prototype development and collaborate with suppliers and engineers to evaluate feasibility and costsRun simulations and iterate designs based on test feedback, ensuring every product meets safety and performance standardsProduce detailed tech packs and manufacturing documentation that guide production with clarityStay ahead of trends in orthotics, prosthetics, and exoskeleton technology, feeding insights back into the design processQualificationsSolidWorks proficiency (essential)5+ years in Industrial/Product DesignDEC or Bachelor's in Industrial or Product DesignSurface and parametric 3D CAD modelingDeep knowledge of materials & manufacturing (3D printing, injection molding, CNC, metal forming)Experience with complex part assembliesHands-on prototyping experienceAdobe Illustrator, InDesign, MS OfficeBackground in wearables, sports goods, or medical devices (a strong plus)Salary and ConditionsSalary and conditions according to OssKin's policy and candidate's experience.
