Aromatech is looking for its future Industrial Development & Production Manager (F/M) to join its teams and participate in its development.This position is based in Balıkesir, Türkiye, to start as soon as possible. Your main mission ? As an Industrial Development & Production Manager, you will play a key role in the company’s transformation and growth. Your main mission will be to participate in the design, construction and commissioning of our new factory, ensuring that the facility, equipment and processes meet our operational, safety and food hygiene requirements.Once the new facility is operational, you will take the lead on industrial development, while managing the company’s day-to-day production and warehouse operations.You will work closely with the General Manager, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of the project and the continuous improvement of our industrial performance. Missions : During the construction and commissioning phase :o Follow the construction of the new facility and report regularly to the General Manager.o Contribute to the design and layout of the production, warehouse and technical areas.o Define, review and validate technical specifications for construction and industrial equipment, in line with food safety, hygiene, quality and safety requirements.o Coordinate and follow the installation, commissioning and qualification of production and technical equipment.o Consult suppliers and subcontractors, request and analyze quotations, and participate in the selection process.o Coordinate with external partners to ensure that the project remains aligned with technical requirements, deadlines and budget.o Identify potential technical or operational issues and propose appropriate solutions.o Prepare the future production and operational organization of the new facility.Once the new factory is operational :o Manage the day-to-day production and warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, quality and continuity.o Organize and coordinate production activities according to customer demand and company priorities.o Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, GMP and workplace safety requirements.o Manage, motivate and develop the production and warehouse teams.o Define achievable objectives, monitor performance and conduct employee evaluations.o Lead industrial development and continuous improvement projects.o Identify opportunities to improve productivity, processes, working methods and industrial performance.o Support the implementation and optimization of new equipment, processes and technologies.o Work closely with R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales and other departments to ensure effective coordination of operations.o Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s industrial strategy. Your strengths :You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering or a related field.You have at least 5 years of experience in a food production environment, ideally within a company operating under FSSC 22000 or a similar food safety management system.You have solid knowledge of :Food safety standards and requirementsGMP and hygiene practicesWorkplace health and safetyProduction and warehouse operationsIndustrial processes and equipmentYou are comfortable managing your team, setting clear and achievable objectives, evaluating performance, developing team members and addressing operational or interpersonal issues.You collaborate easily with different departments and stakeholders and are comfortable working with suppliers, contractors and external partners.You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.Do you find yourself in the profile we are looking for?
