Our esteemed client a Tier-1, market-leading PEB & Structural Steel company in KSA is seeking an accomplished Manager – Industrial Engineering to lead industrial engineering, productivity, and operational excellence initiatives across its manufacturing operations.This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an industrial engineering professional with strong exposure to PEB / Structural Steel manufacturing, productivity optimization, capacity planning, manpower effectiveness, and process improvement.Key Focus Areas• Lead Industrial Engineering across fabrication and production operations.• Drive productivity improvement, process optimization, and operational standardization.• Establish work measurement, productivity standards, and performance benchmarks.• Optimize capacity, manpower, workflow, layouts, and resource utilization.• Identify bottlenecks, process losses, idle time, and productivity gaps.• Develop KPI dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership.• Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives with Production, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Maintenance.• Develop and lead the Industrial Engineering team.🔑 Critical SkillsIndustrial Engineering | PEB & Structural Steel | Productivity Improvement | Lean & Continuous Improvement | Capacity & Manpower Planning | Work Measurement | Process Optimization | KPI & Data Analysis.Candidate Profile🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.💼 12+ years of relevant industrial engineering / manufacturing experience.🏭 Strong experience in PEB, Structural Steel, Steel Fabrication, or project-based manufacturing.👥 Proven managerial and team leadership experience.📊 Strong analytical, productivity, and operational excellence capabilities.🌐 Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
